How to earn points:

Make a valid report = 50
Make a good suggestion = 100
Be thanked by a mod or admin = 200

How to lose points.

Make an invalid report = -150 (Make 2 and get a warn)
Demand for something impolitely = -50
Be rude to a Mod or Admin = -200
Get warned = -150
